We mainly process meat from farmers in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. The quality of the meat is determined by specifications. We check these regularly when receiving goods.

Of course, the processing of the meat is also constantly monitored. Our production facilities adhere to the highest hygiene standards and are regularly inspected. In addition, we work with skilled personnel such as master butchers and butchers in both production and sales. This means that both raw materials and finished products are always in competent hands.

Every batch undergoes internal sensory checks at our premises. Only when these checks have been passed satisfactorily are the products released for sale. Our products are also sent to sensory panels, which evaluate and assess them. Regular checks are also carried out by a specialist institute, which comprehensively evaluates our products.
