The strength of Allgäu Fresh Foods lies in the regional production of the raw materials for our food. Thanks to our deep regional roots, we have built up a close network of numerous producers in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg over the past decades, with whom we work closely and in a spirit of trust.
We purchase the animals as well as the other raw materials that are processed in our production facilities from contractual partners and selected farmers in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. We have usually been working with these companies for years or decades in a spirit of partnership.
The farmers run agricultural businesses. The basis of our collaboration is sustainable farming and appropriate animal husbandry with sufficient space in the barn and high-quality feed, which they predominantly produce themselves. Regular controls and quality assurance programmes such as QS and QZBW ensure safety.
